1. Wash and wipe the apples. 2. Grate them. 3. Take a muslin cloth or very fine net cloth and place it on a wide mouth bowl. Put the grated apple on this net cloth. Fold the cloth and then wring it to squeeze out the apple juice. 4. Put a pinch of rock salt in a tumbler and pour apple juice. 5.
