1. In a small pot add the caned chick peas and bring to a simmer just to get it a bit softer. 2. strain and add the chickpeas to a processor with the tahini sauce and puree until smooth. 3. add lemon,garlic,red pepper paste,salt and cayenne pepper. 4. place in a plate garnish with parsley, serve with pita bread. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
