Red'S Crock Pot Beef Stew


1. Coat the cut beef with flour salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil and butter and then brown the meat.

3. Add about half the onions and carrots when done with meat (this seems to add a texture to the stew).

4. Put all the ingredients in the crock pot--except the carrots onions and garlic.

5. Cook on low for about 8 to 10 hours.

6. Halfway through, add the rest of the ingredients.

7. About an hour before serving, add cilantro.
