Refresco De Pina - Pineapple Cooler


1. Chop pineapple into small bits or cut into chunks and blend for a moment in a blender.

2. In a glass container, add the pineapple to one quart of water in which half of the sugar has been dissolved.

3. Allow to steep for 2 to 3 hours.

4. Strain and add additional sugar to personal taste.

5. Chill and serve.

6. Makes 4 to 5 cups.
