1. Place ribs in a 9x13-inch pan; add 3/4 cup water, sprinkle with seasoned salt and cover with foil. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for two hours. 3. Combine rhubarb, soup mix, honey, chili sauce, wine, 1/3 cup water, basil and pepper in a saucepan. 4. Simmer 30 minutes. 5. Pour over ribs. 6.
