Rice And Salchicha


1. Place oil, sofrito, tomato sauce, salchicha, salt, pepper, and 4 cups of water into rice pot. Bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat to medium and add rice.

3. Once the rice absorbs all the liquid, reduce heat to low. Place aluminum foil over the top of the pot and close lid. Cook for 15 minutes.

4. After the 15 minutes, mix the rice, place the aluminum foil over the top and close with lid. Cook another 15 minutes.

5. Continue step 4 until rice is cooked.
