1. In a frying pan, heat butter. 2. Add dried red chilies and turmeric; fry for 15 seconds. 3. Add garlic, ginger, and fresh chilies. 4. Fry for another minute or so. 5. Add chopped onion, red bell pepper and zucchini; cook until lightly brown. 6. Add chicken pieces, sugar, salt and pepper. 7. Stir fry five minutes. 8. Add rice, green peas, yogurt and toasted cumin seeds. 9. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed and rice grains separate. 10. Garnish with chopped scallions. 11.
