1. In a med saucepan,on med-low heat,add butter,espresso powder,whipping cream& cinnamon. 2. Cook until mixture bubbles around the edges,1-2 minutes. 3. Remove from heat& stir in chocolate until it is melted & smooth. 4. Pour mixture into a medium bowl,cover and chill until firm (at least 3 hrs). 5. Quickly,form the chocolate mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. 6. Roll balls into the cocoa, and then shaved chocolate or sprinkles. 7. Place each truffle in mini paper muffin cups. 8.
