1. Grease a 16cm/6” square pan and line it with baking paper; and set aside. 2. Place the water, unsalted butter and marshmallows in a pan, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows have melted; add the chocolate to the pan; remove the pan from the heat and stir until the chocolate has melted. 3. Fold the honey-roasted almonds or your choice of nuts into the chocolate mixture and pour the mixture into a lined 16 cm/6” square pan; allow the fudge to cool before placing it in the refrigerator to set. 4.
