1. Skin tomatoes and chop up roughly. 2. Soften onion in oil - do not brown. 3. Add garlic and salt and fry for 1 minute. 4. Add tomatoes, cayenne pepper, tomato cocktail, sugar, black pepper, coriander and lemon juice and heat to boiling point. 5. Reduce heat and simmer til thick. 6. Adjust seasoning, if needed. 7.
