Rizogalo Ii - Greek Rice Pudding


1. Boil water and add rice.

2. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring frequewntly, until all the water has been absorbed and rice is very soft, about 1 hour.

3. Add the condensed milk, water, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

4. Stir well, cooking until thickened.

5. Pour into individual cups or a large bowl.

6. Chill until cool.

7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
