1. Combine cream cheese, garlic& ginger. 2. Whip in blender. 3. Spread on roast beef slices and roll them up lengthwise. 4. Wrap rolls in foil and freeze for 1/2 hour. 5. Remove from freezer and cut into 1" wide pieces. 6. Garnish each slice with quartered crab apple attached with toothpick and serve. 7. Do ahead note: prepare a day before& freeze. 8. 2 hours before serving, remove from freezer. 9.
