1. Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit. 2. Season cod with salt to taste, let stand 10 minute or longer in the refrigerator. 3. In a food processor, combine the remaining ingredients, cover and process until finely chopped. 4. Place the cod in a 9 X 13 baking dish lined with greased aluminum foil.
