Round-Up Beef (For A Crowd)


1. Dredge strips of beef in flour, salt & pepper, brown in oil.

2. Combine water, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, and onion.

3. Stir well, heat and pour over beef.

4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook covered until beef is tender - about 2 hours.

5. Stir occasionally.
