Russian Chicken Breasts


1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Heat oil in large skillet over a medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chicken and place in a 3-L baking dish.

3. Miz dressing, jam and soup mix in a small bowl. Pour over chicken.

4. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
