1. Blanch the whole cloves of garlic in boiling water for 5 minutes. 2. Remove and plunge into cold water. 3. Drain. 4. Mix with the remaining ingredients. 5. Allow to marinate for 5 days in the refrigerator before serving. 6. The salad is served as it is, in small bowls alongside the main plate. 7.
