Russian Pork Chops


1. Mix dressing ingredients together; set aside.

2. Place chops in a single layer in a shallow casserole dish.

3. Top with slice of onion and bell pepper.

4. Pour pineapple over top and cover with Russian dressing.

5. Bake covered in preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour.

6. Serve over rice.
