Russian Tea Balls


1. Beat together butter and 1 cup powdered sugar until thouroughly mixed.

2. add vanilla and almond extracts.

3. stir in flour, salt, and nuts.

4. Roll into balls.

5. Bake at 350 until done but NOT brown. (sorry, i don't know the exact time!).

6. Roll in powdered sugar while hot.

7. Roll again when cold.
