1. Mix salt, cardamom powder, saffron, chilli powder, corriander powder and garam masala powder in yogurt. 2. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or over night. 3. Heat oil in a skillet. 4. Fry onions till golden in colour. 5. Add chopped ginger and green chillies and cook, stirring for 1 minute. 6. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. 7.
