Sagu (Brazilian Grape Tapioca)


1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

2. Add the grape juice concentrate and the tapioca pearls. Cook uncovered over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until the tapioca is soft and clear.

3. Chill before serving.
