Saki Shrimp Kabobs


1. Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki, garlic and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.

2. If you like softer grilled veggies, microwave them first to your taste. Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently. Serve over rice pilaf.
