Salade De Lentilles Trois Couleurs (Three Colored Lentil Salad)


1. Cook the lentils in about 6 cups of water at a simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender, but not mushy.

2. Meanwhile, prepare couscous according to package directions.

3. Whisk remaining ingredients together in the bottom of a large bowl.

4. Drain the lentils and add to the dressing in the bowl. Fluff the couscous, and add it as well.

5. Stir all together gently until well combined.
