1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper. 2. Form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inches in diameter. 3. Grill 5-6 minutes on each side, or 4-5 minutes in a skillet. 4.
