1. Combine drained salmon, cream cheese, onion, mustard, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. 2. Mix until well combined. 3. Place the mixture into plastic wrap and mould into a ball. 4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 5. Just before serving, remove wrap. 6. Combine crushed nuts and parsley, then roll the ball in this mixture. 7.
