Salmon Spinach Casserole


1. Preaheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Grease a baking dish.

3. Spread thawed spinach in baking dish.

4. Season salmon with salt& pepper.

5. Place salmon on spinach.

6. Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, white wine and basil to get a creamy mass.

7. Consistency is your choice.

8. Pour mass over salmon.

9. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

10. Bake uncovered for 40- 45 minutes.

11. Serve with rice or baguette.
