1. Place salmon in single layer in oven proof dish with a lid. 2. Using your hands, squeeze ginger juice over fish, discard ginger. 3. Heat oil in pan and add garlic and green onions. 4. Stir fry about 1 minute. 5. Add remaining ingredients, boil for 1 minute. 6. Pour sauce over salmon. 7. Cover and bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily. 8. serve with rice. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
