1. in a medium size skillet,melt margarine over medium heat. 2. add chicken to skillet,and sprinkle with seasoning salt. 3. cook chicken until no longer pink,about 5 to 7 minutes. 4. add salsa to chicken,simmer until heated through. 5. divide rice among four bowls. 6. then divide salsa chicken over rice. 7. sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over salsa chicken and rice. 8. serve. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
