Salsa Verde - The Italian One


1. put first 4 ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.

2. add mustard and lemon juice, mix again.

3. slowly add in olive oil while machine is running.

4. taste and add salt and or pepper if needed.

5. if using the hard boiled egg add it to the sauce after it is in the serving dish.
