1. Cream together cream cheese and salsa. 2. Start with half a package of taco seasoning and taste. 3. Add more to your preference. 4. Fold in cheese. 5. Spread a large spoonful onto each tortilla and roll up like a skinny burrito. 6. Refrigerate well. 7. With a SHARP knife cut into 1-1 1/2" segments. 8. Proceed to eat anything that oozes out. 9.
