1. Place chicken in bottom of the crockpot. 2. Top chicken with black beans, corn, and salsa. 3. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until chicken is cooked through; do not overcook. 4. Lift chicken to the top of vegetables; top with cheese and cover crockpot until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. 5.
