1. Cream butter and sugar together. 2. Add flour and egg yolks. Beat 1 minute. 3. Chill. 4. Shape into balls. Dip in egg whites and roll in chopped pecans. 5. Flatten on a cookie sheet and press thumb in center of each cookie. Fill indentation with jam. 6.
