Sardine Toast Fingers


1. Cut each slice of toast into three.

2. Mix together chutney, mustard, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

3. Mix together breadcrumbs and cheese.

4. Place 1 sardine on each piece of toast and spoon over chutney mixture.

5. Sprinkle over cheese mixture.

6. Place under broiler until cheese melts and bubbles.
