1. Combine dry ingredients in medium sized bowl and mix through. Add wok oil to water and pour into flour mixture. Knead dough until throughly combined. 2. Seperate dough into about 8 even sections (depending on the size of your frying pan, i have just a medium size) spread flour on counter top and roll each section out as thin as possible. 3. Heat nonstick pan to med-high and cook tortillas until just starting to brown, flip and repeat. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
