1. Cook the brussels sprouts according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. 3. Stir in brown sugar, flour, salt, mustard and pepper until blended. 4. Gradually add milk. 5. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute. 6. Reduce heat to low. 7. Drain sprouts; cut in half. 8.
