Sausage Frittata


1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Use dish that is 22 x 18 cms approximately.

3. Grease 6 cup ovenproof dish.

4. Heat fry pan, cook chipolatas over moderate heat.

5. This will take 5 or 6 minutes, turning and cooking.

6. Drain on paper towel.

7. Spray pan with oil, add onion, cook , stirring for 4 minutes.

8. Add salami and capsicum, cook 5 minutes till vegies are soft.

9. Whisk eggs, cream, cheese and parsley in large jug.

10. Stir into onion mixture, pour into dish.

11. Top with chipolatas.

12. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes till set.

13. To serve, cut into slices.
