Sausage Stuffed Tomatoes


1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

2. Slice tops off tomatoes; scoop out centers.

3. Throw out seeds and chop up centers.

4. Set aside tops and centers.

5. Moisten the bread crumbs with consommé.

6. Cook garlic and onion in butter until soft.

7. Mix garlic and onion together with sausage, crumbs, parsley, and tomato centers.

8. Stuff tomatoes with the mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

9. Dab with butter and add tomato tops.

10. In lightly oiled dish, bake for 35 minutes and most of all enjoy!
