Sausage With Pepper And Onions


1. Chop onions, peppers and garlic, set aside.

2. Over very low heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions, peppers and garlic.

3. Cut sausage into 4-5 inch pieces, and arrange on top of onions and peppers.

4. Cover with a lid, and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or until peppers are limp.

5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
