1. Heat butter in frying pan. 2. Add leeks and cover pan; cook 8 to 10 minutes over low heat. 3. Peel potatoes and cut into thick slices; add to frying pan. 4. Season and sprinkle in celery seed; mix well and cook, uncovered, 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat. 5.
