1. Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Set aside. 2. In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter and onion, saute til tender. 3. Blend in flour, mustard and pepper. 4. Cook stirring constantly over medium heat, 1 minute. 5. Gradually stir in milk. 6. Cook, stirring constantly til mixture boils and thickens. 7. Cook 1 minute more. 8. Remove from heat. 9. Add in rest of ingredients, stirring, til cheese melts. 10. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate. 11. Cover with top crust, seal edges, flute. 12. Cut slits to vent. 13. Bake in 400ยบ oven for 35 minutes, or til crust is golden brown. 14.
