Savoury Pumpkin Quiche


1. dice the onion and cook- then cool.

2. dissolve arrowroot in apple juice.

3. blend in the spices, pumpkin and onion.

4. It should be thick.

5. sprinkle the dukkah onto the unbaked pie shell.

6. fill the pie shell with pumpkin mixture.

7. bake at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.

8. allow to cool- serve warm with sour cream and chutney (optional).
