Savoury Vegetable Rolls


1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well.

2. Cut astry sheets in half, lengthwise.

3. Spread mixture evenly along the centre of each strip. Moisten edges with water. Roll up as for a sausage roll to enclose filling.

4. Cut roll into 4 pieces. Place on a lightly greased oven tray. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Bake at 220C for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
