Scallion Eggstew


1. Slice the scallions into thick rings.

2. Cook until it softens some (5 min).

3. Take 3 dl of the broth, mix with eggs and milk.

4. Add salt and pepper as you like.

5. Dice the ham, mix with scallion and put it.

6. into a oven proof pan.

7. Pour the egg mix into the pan ontil it covers.

8. all of it.

9. Bake in oven for about 30 minute at 175-200 degres.

10. Serve with cooked potato.
