1. Chop up the dill till nice and fine. 2. Measure out the mustard into a small bowl. You can start by using a little less mustard to start with if you don't want it too strong. 3. Add the vinegar. Next, add the salt and sugar. 4. Toss on the chopped dill. 5. Next, whisk in the oil. You can add as much or as little as you like. Keep tasting. 6.
