Scottish Cheese Scones


1. Rub the cold butter in the flour.

2. Add all other ingredients and knead until a nice dough is formed.

3. Roll the dough out until it is 1 cm thick.

4. Cut out circles, using a glass. Brush the top with some milk.

5. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

6. Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve with butter.
