Scottish Shoerbread


1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Knead till very smooth.

3. Pat down to 1/3 inch in a pie pan or cookie sheet. Do not touch edges.

4. Score the shortbread where you want to cut them.

5. Prick all over with fork.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees.

7. Cook 30 to 35 minutes then cool and devour.
