1. Cook ribs for one hour at 180°C in baking tray (a couple of inches deep roasting tin is ideal). 2. Mix all ingredients together, pour over ribs in baking tray, return to oven and bake for an hour or until ribs cooked. If necessary, reduce heat to 160°C for last half hour to make sure the ribs don't burn with the sweet sauce on them. Cooking time is dependent on thickness of rib meat - the thicker the meat the longer the cooking time. This is a little bit of trial and error as every time they are cooked the length of time varies according to the size of the ribs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
