1. bring the milk to a boil on the stove, careful not to burn it. (If you're short on time or looking for a quicker more convenient alternative to the stove, you can always use the microwave, but be careful not to blow it up. try 1 minute intervals and stir in between each to avoid heat pockets.). 2. remove the milk from the stove and pour into glass or mug whichever you prefer and add the tea bag. let steep for 3-6 minutes depending how strong you like it. (I recommend somewhere in the middle!). 3. stir in the nutmeg (optional, but it ads some extra yummy flavour!) and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. voila! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
