Seafood Casserole For 2


1. In a large skillet, saute onions,celery,mushroom and garlic in the oil until softened.

2. Add salt, pepper and old Bay Seasoning.

3. Whisk in the flour.

4. Slowly stir milk into the sauteed mixture.

5. Add cheese.

6. Add the cooked seafood; stir well.

7. Add parlsey and basil.

8. Pour into a casserole dish.

9. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.

10. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked before serving.
