Secret Chinese Chicken


1. Add ketchup, corn syrup, vinegar, 1/4 cup of the corn starch, orange juice and red pepper flakes to sauce pan and simmer while you prepare chicken.

2. Rinse and slice chicken breasts into thin strips.

3. Place chicken in a large zipper bag with the other 1/4 cup of corn starch and soy sauce, then shake to coat.

4. Heat oil over medium heat.

5. Add coated chicken to oil, stirring often till no pink remains.

6. Drain and blot grease from chicken.

7. Add chicken to thickened sauce and simmer just a minute or two.
