1. Brown chicken in oil. 2. Add salt and pepper. 3. Remove from the pan. 4. Add onions to the same pot along with the bell pepper. 5. Saute for 5 minutes. 6. Add the remaining vegetables, curry powder, thyme, cayenne, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. 7. Return chicken to the pan. 8. Add tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes. 9.
